• MBC Member has to sign up or register to be able to join the promo. Register at https://metropromo.com.ph/register to be able to earn raffle entries.
• Customers make a qualified purchase in any participating Metro Stores using his/her valid MBC Rewards card.
• Customers can also view all processed transactions and equivalent raffle entries earned via SMS/ Text message.

• Customer can scan the QR code located at the poster or table topper materials or go to https://metropromo.com.ph/register
• Customer must completely fill out the registration form with his/her complete name, address, landline, or mobile number, and email address
• If the customer doesn’t have a smartphone or computer, he/she can go to the Customer Service counter to provide contact details and qualified receipts from Metro Stores for validation of e-raffle entry. CSS will search for the Customer record either by Last Name, First Name, Middle Name, Mobile Number or Email Address.

Prizes Breakdown

• If a winner’s name is drawn more than once, a prize of greater value will be awarded; another winner will be drawn for the lower-valued prize.
• All draws will be done in the presence of a DTI representative.
• Only one (1) receipt or transaction can get an E-raffle.
• Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
• Prizes valued at ₱10,000 and above will be awarded tax-free.
• All other expenses related to claiming the prize—including transportation, documentation, and applicable fees not covered by the tax exemption—will be shouldered by the winners.
• Winners will be notified by Metro offices via telephone call and registered mail for all the necessary information as to the arrangement of the claiming of prizes.
• In claiming the prize, winners should submit photocopies of any two (2) valid IDs (Office ID, SSS or GSIS number or UMID, passport, driver’s license) preferably with a photo and signature, with the official mail of winning sent by the Metro Retail Stores Group Inc. A photocopy of the winner's NSO birth certificate where the complete middle name is indicated will also be required. All documents will be submitted to the Customer Service Counter of any Metro participating store near the winner.
• Winners should allow the organizers promotional advertisements such as radio tours, pictorials, print advertisements and activity appearances.
• The redemption period is good until 60 days from receipt of the notification from our store personnel.
• The winners' names shall also be posted on store premises and will be posted on the Metro online sites The Metro Stores on Facebook or https://shopmetro.ph/ not later than two (2) weeks after the determination and verification of all winners.
• All employees of Metro Retail Stores Group, Incorporated and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
• In case of disputes, the decision of Metro Retail Stores Group Incorporated in concurrence with the DTI is deemed final.
